February is Potato Lovers Month! Celebrate with PotatOH (Giveaway)

February is one of our favorite times of the year, because we get to celebrate that healthy, round little vegetable that’s so good for us and we love to eat.

When you stop to think about it, potatoes give us a whole lotta love. They:

  • Are low in calories, with only 110 in a medium-sized spud
  • Are fat, cholesterol and sodium-free, so they’re easy on your heart and on your weight
  • Are full of fiber, helping keep us fuller longer
  • Are gluten-free, providing healthy, natural and satisfying meals for people with gluten sensitivity
  • Are can be made almost any way you can imagine, and you can bake ’em, fry ’em, grill ’em, microwave ’em, smash ’em, steam ’em and…well, you get the point!

There are many reasons to love potatoes, and we want to hear yours! Celebrate Potato Lovers Month by telling us why YOU love potatoes.

There is nothing like a good baked potato.. They are wholesome, and filling and something you could serve with almost any other food.. Or serve the alone..I don’t know anyone that would turn down a french fry, unless they are on a diet, or a nice serving of hashbrowns or home frys. Potoates are one of the most versatile foods i know.

I love love love baked potatoes. I live alone and never buy any potatoes except yours. I have fibro and sometimes severe fatigue so this is my go to meal at least twice a week when I am just too tired to fix anything else. I like that they always turn out perfect and that they are wrapped and clean because I also like to eat the skin. I love any potatoes but for me these just work out better.
