    Philly Cheese Steak Baked Potato

Ingredients : 1- 3 Hot Baked Russet Potatoes, 1/2 lb. Cooked Chopped Brisket, 1 – 3 slices Provolone Cheese, 1 small onion, 1 green pepper, 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Small can of Mushrooms, 2 TBSP of Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to taste

Bake the potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil, 350 degree oven for an hour (longer for larger potatoes), until soft. Dice onion and green pepper, slice jalapeno pepper, heat olive oil in a pan on low/medium temperature. When oil is hot add onions and peppers, stirring till saluted. Add mushrooms and cooked brisket (left-over’s work great!) tossing all together and let sit while you slice open the potatoes. Open Potatoes and stuff with Philly mixture. Salt & pepper to taste. Mine favorite is a broccoli and cheese potato with sour cream. It takes so awesome. You bake the potato and put fresh broccoli on the stove to cook. When done you velveta cheese on in the kettle with the broccoli let it melt. Then put the cheese and broccoli on to the potato after done baking. Once complete top off with sour cream and add cheddar cheese if like.

Love ranch potato wedges cooked in foil on the grill. Cut the potatoes in wedges and drop in plastic bag with pouch of ranch dressing dry mix, shake and spray a sheet of foil put the potatoes on the foil and wrap closing with top seam so air can escape, by the time steaks, chicken or burgers are done, so are the ranch potatoes. YUM big hit everytime

Sweet potato chunks with brown sugar and sliced apples!! Cut up sweet potatoes into chunks, slice apples, spraay lightly with spray butter, sprinkle liberally with brown sugar, wrap in foil tightly and place on grill while you cook your meat. Awesome vedgy-fruit dish that everyone loves!! ( can also bake in shallow pyrex in oven if you don’t fire up the grill!!

  10. I love microwaving potatoes to make a no fuss creamy mashed potato dish! Just add buttermilk, butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt to the microwaved potatoes and mash away! Simple and tasty! Can’t wait to try your brand! đŸ™‚

I love potatoes any way I can get them, but my absolute favorite way of having a potato is to wash a very, very, very large potato and cut slices into it (heat release so it does not explode in the oven), smother it in butter (even putting some into the diagonal cuts in the potato), sprinkling salt, pepper, granulated onions and putting fresh finely diced garlic on and around it. I then bake it in a 350 degree oven until done. I then slice it in half, and add more butter and work it into the potato.I add sour cream, more salt and pepper, working them into the potato. I add beanless chili, finely shredded cheddar cheese, cooked broccoli florets (small ones), and bacon pieces (real bacon please) and then top with another dollop of sour cream. Sometimes, before I put on the final dollop of sour cream, I will add either pico de gallo or medium salsa (a couple spoonfuls) and then top the potato with sour cream and more cheddar. This makes the potato a complete meal and it is so yummy!!!!!
